At the Seibukan Dojo, we specialize in self-defense taught through traditional Okinawan, and Japanese Martial arts. Students are taught techniques that are practical, simple and effective for real situations with which they may be confronted.
Since 1991, our classes have consisted of a well-rounded training program. However, like all Traditional Martial Artists, our main objective is the perfection of oneself through both physical and mental development. As students learn the art of self-defense, they acquire self-control, structure, self-confidence, serenity and the ability to concentrate.
Students at the Seibukan Dojo have a unique opportunity to study three separate disciplines: Okinawan, Isshinryu Karate-Do,  Sosuishiryu Jujutsu,  and Ryukyu Kobudo-Tesshinkan from senior graded, experienced Instructors with decades of experience training and teaching!
The Okinawans as well as the Samurai of Kyushu, would never have predicted that both these arts would someday come together in the spirit of brotherhood, and be practiced in the same Dojo, as is the case at the Seibukan Dojo.
